كيف أبدأ؟How do I start?
نزّل تطبيق تاب ستوديو من App Store أو Google Play، أو افتحه في المتصفح من taab.studio/app. سجّل الدخول برقم هاتفك أو بحساب Apple أو Google، اختر أداة من الاستكشاف، ارفع صورتك أو منتجك، وتصل النتيجة إلى مشاريعك خلال ثوانٍ إلى دقائق. حسابك نفسه يعمل على الهاتف والويب.
Download Taab Studio from the App Store or Google Play, or open it in the browser at taab.studio/app. Sign in with your phone number, Apple or Google, pick a tool from Explore, upload your photo or product, and the result lands in your projects within seconds to a few minutes. The same account works on your phone and on the web.
ما هو الرصيد، وهل ينتهي؟What is the balance, and does it expire?
كل أداة تُخصم من رصيدك بسعر ظاهر قبل التشغيل. تشتري الرصيد كباقات من داخل التطبيق (App Store أو Google Play) ويظهر فورًا في محفظتك على كل أجهزتك. الرصيد المشترى لا ينتهي أبدًا. نقاط هدية الترحيب وحدها لها تاريخ انتهاء يظهر في المحفظة.
Every tool takes its price from your balance, shown before you run it. You buy credit as packs inside the app (App Store or Google Play) and it appears at once in your wallet on all your devices. Purchased credit never expires. Only the welcome-gift points have an expiry date, shown in the wallet.
هل يمكنني استخدام النتائج تجاريًا؟Can I use the results commercially?
نعم. وفق شروط الاستخدام تبقى مالكًا لما ترفعه وللنتائج التي نصنعها لك، ويمكنك استخدامها في متجرك وإعلاناتك وحساباتك. يُشترط أن تملك حق استخدام ما ترفعه (ومنه إذن أي شخص يظهر في الصور)، وننصح بمراجعة نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي قبل نشرها.
Yes. Under the Terms of Use you keep ownership of what you upload and of the results we make for you, and you may use them in your shop, ads and accounts. You must have the right to use what you upload (including permission from anyone who appears in a photo), and we recommend checking AI results before publishing them.
ماذا يحدث إذا فشلت النتيجة أو لم تكن كما طلبت؟What happens if a result fails or doesn't match?
إذا فشلت العملية من جهتنا تُعاد نقاطها إلى رصيدك تلقائيًا دون أي طلب. وإذا وصلت النتيجة لكنها لا تطابق ما طلبته، أرسل لنا من هذه الصفحة أو من شاشة النتيجة اسم الأداة والوقت التقريبي؛ نراجعها ونعيد الرصيد إلى محفظتك.
If a job fails on our side, its points go back to your balance automatically; nothing to ask for. If a result arrives but doesn't match what you asked, tell us from this page or from the result screen (the tool and roughly when you ran it); we review it and credit your wallet back.
ما المقاسات والدقّات المتاحة؟What sizes and resolutions do I get?
الصور تصلك بمقاسات المنصات مباشرة: منشور مربع ١٠٨٠×١٠٨٠، طولي ١٠٨٠×١٣٥٠، ستوري وريلز ١٠٨٠×١٩٢٠، وغيرها لتيك توك وسناب ويوتيوب وإكس. أداة تغيير المقاس تقبل أي مقاس من ٢٥٦ إلى ٤٠٩٦ بكسل، مع تكبير بالذكاء الاصطناعي عند الحاجة. الفيديوهات والإعلانات تُسلَّم بدقة 1080p عمودية (٩:١٦) أو أفقية (١٦:٩) أو مربعة.
Pictures come in platform sizes straight away: square post 1080×1080, portrait 1080×1350, Story and Reel 1080×1920, plus the TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and X sizes. The Resize tool takes any size from 256 to 4096 px, with AI upscaling when needed. Videos and ads are delivered in 1080p, vertical (9:16), landscape (16:9) or square.
كيف أحذف حسابي؟How do I delete my account?
من شاشة الحساب داخل التطبيق اختر «حذف الحساب». يُحذف ملفك الشخصي وجلساتك وملفاتك ونتائجك فورًا؛ تُحفظ سجلات الشراء فقط للمدة التي يلزمها القانون ودون اسمك. إن لم تستطع الدخول، راسلنا على support@taab.studio من البريد أو الرقم المرتبط بحسابك. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
In the app, open the Account screen and choose "Delete account". Your profile, sessions, files and results are removed immediately; only purchase records are kept for as long as the law requires, without your name. If you can't sign in, write to support@taab.studio from the e-mail or number linked to your account. Details in the Privacy Policy.
